We craft our pizzas to order, by hand, to ensure air bubbles stay in the crust for a light and fluffy texture. Cooked at 500 C in a wood fired oven for a smokey and crisp flavour.

Our dough is freshly made with only the finest traditional ingredients, including 00 flour, and is slowly fermented for 24 hours... for a proper pizza!
